We want to – but are we able to?
The customer benefits are now clear, but as we all know, there are many roads to Rome. With limited effort by the POT, the risks of the paths were assessed as well as possible without starting a “project before the project“.
The idea is to assess uncertainties and risks, not to eliminate them immediately. On this basis, a business decision is made whether to prepare the project for implementation in the next phase.
We check whether we have the necessary resources and technical capabilities to implement the project.
The information is evaluated relative to other projects. The best ones can pass the gate.
What happens at the gate?
If, after sifting through the information, the project is the best of the good, it is important to prepare the project as well as possible with limited time and effort in a final spurt: we call this “Excellent Preperation“.
